By accepting to commission "QELEQ", hereby referred to as the ARTIST, you, hereby referred to as the CUSTOMER, agree to the following terms:

1. CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS
1. You may, at any time before the ARTIST begins work on the commissioned piece, cancel the service and ask for a full refund.
2. You may, at any time after the ARTIST has begun work on the commissioned piece, cancel the service and ask for a partial refund.
3. The ARTIST retains the right to cancel the service at any time, for any given reason, giving a full refund if he has not begun any work on the commissioned piece, OR a partial refund if work has already begun on the commissioned piece.
4. The amount refunded for partial situations will be evaluated by the ARTIST, according to how close to completion he was in the commission.


2. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ARTIST AND CUSTOMER
1. The CUSTOMER must maintain open communication with the ARTIST to ensure that the commissioned piece is as faithfully created as desired.
2. The CUSTOMER may enquire about changes to the commissioned piece, but the ARTIST retains the right to accept or deny said changes.
3. If the CUSTOMER fails to reply to the ARTIST within a period of 14 consecutive days since, the ARTIST retains the right of cancelling the commission, without refunding any of the expenses.
4. If the ARTIST fails to communicate with the CUSTOMER for a period of 14 consecutive days, the CUSTOMER is entitled to ask for a refund, according to the terms present in 1.


3. PRICING
1. The price for the commissioned piece will be agreed upon outside this term.
2. The ARTIST retains the right to charge extra money for significant changes to the commissioned piece, or changes made during the later stages of production that require significant rework. These changes are NON-REFUNDABLE
3. The ARTIST retains the right to charge extra money if the CUSTOMER asks for more than six (6) small changes.
